Welcome New Clients
At this time, I am NOT taking NEW Clients. If you were referred by a chiropractor, doctor or other health professional, then please call me!
A few things:
All services are provided by appointment only. You will need to call, text or e-mail me for dates. You will not be able to book your initial session online. I like to talk with you before your first session so that I have an idea of what your needs are and then we can find the best time for you to come in and address those needs. I offer sessions Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday weekly.
Full payment is required at the time of your session. I take cash, checks or credit cards for payment. No Venmo, sorry!
Cancellations must be made PRIOR to your scheduled appointment. If you do not show for your appointment then you will be charged for the FULL session amount. You can absolutely cancel or reschedule without incurring a fee but please do it ahead of time! I can likely fill your appointment if you cannot keep it, even if it is short notice. Frequent last minute cancellations will simply not be tolerated. My time is extremely valuable, and I have a wait list of clients eager to get in that I can offer appointment openings to.
Please do not arrive too early! If your appointment is at 10:45, then I will be ready for you at 10:45. I schedule all of my appointments 15 minutes apart so if you are 15 minutes or more early then I will still be in session with a client and you will have to wait. I need ample time to clean the therapy room and lobby between every session. I would prefer that you not sit and wait in the lobby if at all possible. I am trying to keep the crossing of paths to a minimum.
How can I prepare for my upcoming bodywork session? I often have clients ask and the simplest thing you can do is hydrate. Drink lots of fluids during the 24 hours prior to your session. It is hugely helpful with the recovery after your session as well. Try to get all of your physical activities done before you come in. Even get your meals planned so that you can relax as much as possible after you leave your session.
Do I have to take my clothes off? No! I offer orthopedic massage for the people that are not comfortable with undressing. If you are receiving a Deep Tissue Massage or a Pre-Natal or Postpartum Massage then yes you will need to take off the majority of your clothing. If you do have any insecurities, then please talk to me before you come in for your session.
