Special Sessions
These sessions are designed for people that just want to relax. No specific injuries will be addressed and a therapeutic massage session will be provided to promote relaxation and rejuvenation. Essential oils or a sugar scrub may be added to any session.
Hot Stones Massage
This modality is actually a Swedish massage with the use of water-heated basalt stones. Large stones are placed on specific areas of the body allowing the muscles to absorb the heat and relax. Smaller stones are used simultaneously to massage the body with. Heat is what makes this modality of massage so beneficial! Any tension, aches, and injuries within the body are pre-treated with heated stones and then massaged. Essential oils may be added creating an Aromatherapy treatment. This modality is not recommended for people with high blood pressure, history of stroke or any sensitivity to heat. This style of massage is not offered in summer months and is best if received in fall or winter.

Two massage tables are set-up side by side in the same room. There is one therapist per person. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy or Craniosacral massage modalities may be used in a session, depending on the therapist. This massage is great for couples celebrating a special occasion. Come and relax in a serene atmosphere with your loved one by your side.
